An environment-friendly detergent containing bio-degraded materials of gluten is provided to prevent environmental pollution and to be harmless to people. A detergent containing bio-degraded materials of gluten is prepared by the steps of: culturing Bacillus subtilis in a PD broth; putting gluten into an airtight container, and sterilizing the gluten with high pressure steam; inoculating the cultured Bacillus subtilis on the sterilized gluten; and culturing the inoculated Bacillus subtilis at about 40 °C for 24 hours to decompose the gluten while injecting air passed through a membrane filter. |
