摘要 A handheld laser marking device is provided to adjust a marking position on a workpiece in a simple, prompt and accurate manner by performing a marking process in a state that a marking head is held by the hand of an operator. A handheld laser marking device comprises: a handheld marking head(200) including a scanner which has a galvano mirror and is formed within a protecting housing(201), a laser beam adjusting member(230) connected to the galvano scanner, a diffractive optical module formed between the laser beam adjusting member and the galvano scanner, an F-theta lens(220) for focusing a laser beam on a marking area when the laser beam is irradiated through the galvano scanner, a scattering beam shielding film(260) for shielding scattering beams generated during marking of a workpiece by the F-theta lens, and a marking head handle(240) having a starting switch(241) formed on one side of the bottom of the protecting housing; a control part body(100) which is formed in a rectangular box shape and includes a laser oscillator(110), an interface control board(120), and a direct current power supply unit(130); and an optical fiber connecting line(150) of which one side is connected to the galvano scanner and the laser beam adjusting member of the marking head, of which the other side is connected to the control part body, and which includes an optical fiber for transmitting the laser beam oscillated by the laser oscillator, a data line for operating the galvano scanner, a power line, and a line for digital input and output.
