A spray type blood examination apparatus is provided to perform the blood examination within a short time after blood sampling, reduce the blood amount required for the examination, improve accuracy of examination by sensing blood color with a sensing device, and storing the examination results semi-permanently. A spray type blood examination apparatus comprises: a transfer device(200) having a guide bar(210) transferred by a transfer motor(211) along a transfer groove(111) formed in the rear side of a body(110), a receiving plate(220) for receiving blood(BLD), washed with water and inserted into a blood vessel of a vessel-fixing pipe by a guide bar; an examination paper(300) coated with a plurality of reagents capable of reacting with the blood and transferred from an upper roller(320) to a lower roller(330) installed in the body; a blood spraying device(400) for spraying the blood to the examination paper, located in front of the examination paper; a drying device(500) for drying the blood sprayed on the examination paper, located under the blood spraying device; a sensing device(600) for sensing colors of blood reacted with the reagents, located under the drying device; and a storage device for analyzing and storing the blood color information. Further, a plurality of reception holes for accepting blood by the blood's surface tension are formed in the receiving plate of the transfer device.
