A sterilizing method using a hydrogen peroxide vapor sterilizer is provided to increase the sterilizing efficiency by introducing a hydrogen peroxide solution evaporator inside a chamber and reducing the distance with a sterilized article. A sterilizing method using a hydrogen peroxide vapor sterilizer includes the steps of: maintaining the pressure inside a reaction container(10) lower than the vapor pressure of hydrogen peroxide; maintaining the temperature inside the reaction vessel at 30-60deg.C; injecting hydrogen peroxide in a solution state into the reaction vessel; heating and evaporating the hydrogen peroxide solution inside the reaction vessel; sealing the inside of the reaction vessel and maintaining the sterilized material at the hydrogen peroxide vapor atmosphere; and raising the pressure inside the reaction vessel to 100-600torr by injecting external gas. |
