<p>A micro switching device is provided to reduce driving force of a driving mechanism for realizing a closed state by increasing a distance between a center of gravity and an axis of a driving force generation region, thereby reducing minimum voltage applied to the driving mechanism. A micro switching device(X1) includes a fixed unit(11), a movable unit(12), a movable contact electrode(13), first and second fixed contact electrodes(14A,14B), and a driving mechanism. The movable unit has first and second surfaces(12a,12b) and a fixed end fixed to the fixed unit. The movable contact electrode is installed on the first surface of the movable unit by being separated from the fixed end and has first and second contact units. The first fixed contact electrode has a third contact unit(14a') facing the first contact unit of the movable contact electrode and is adhered to the fixed unit. The second fixed contact electrode has a fourth contact unit(14b') facing the second contact unit of the movable contact electrode and is adhered to the fixed unit. The driving mechanism has a driving force generation region on the first surface of the movable unit. A distance between the first and third contact units is smaller than that between the second and fourth contact units. A center of gravity of the driving force generation region is closer to the second contact unit than the first contact unit.</p> |
