<p>The can and sealing cap has a cylindrical shaped backflow prevention device inserted in a spillage spout (3). The device is in a form of a transfer element (4) and is pre-mounted and retained in a circular/square shaped sealing cap (1) in one period by a tentative attaching unit. The unit is constituted by radial tongues, petals and webs. The element is transferred inside the spout of a can in another period during sealing of the cap to permanently retain the element by the unit which assures temporary attachment in the cap and maintenance by wedging inside the spout of appropriate dimension. The radial tongues, the petals and the webs are made of elastically deformable flexible material. The tentative attaching unit and the backflow prevention device are made of plastic material.</p> |
