A multimedia speaker for a computer with a radio listening function is provided to enhance convenience of a user by enabling a user to listen to a radio broadcasting irrespective of an operation of the computer. A power source(10) receives an external voltage and supplies voltages to various components. A radio broadcasting receiver(12) receives a radio broadcasting signal from an antenna. A radio amplifier(13) amplifies the radio signal. An output selector(14) selects one of an audio signal and the radio broadcasting signal. A controller(15) controls a radio component. A channel selector(16) selects a reception frequency. A digital channel indicator(17) visually displays a channel selecting and operation state. A volume adjusting unit(18) adjusts a volume of an audio signal and a radio signal. An embedded microphone(19) receives the voice signal. A microphone output portion(20) outputs the voice signal to the computer. A USB input portion(21) receives an USB(Universal Serial Bus) connector. A USB hub controller(22) controls USB terminals. A USB hub channel output portion(23) outputs the voice signal to the computer. The USB hub channel indicator(24) visually displays an operation state of the USB hub channel output portion. |
