A structure for changing the stiffness of a spring by adjusting a spring winding in multi-stages is provided to change the ride height and the vertical stiffness easily by forming lower seats at the center and end of a strut. A structure for changing the stiffness of a spring by adjusting a spring winding in multi-stages comprises plural lower seats(30) installed at a strut(20) placed at the periphery of a spring(10), plural assembling grooves formed on each lower seat of the strut, and plural solenoid actuators(50). The plural solenoid actuators has fitting projections(51) corresponding to the assembling grooves of the strut in each lower seat. A first lower seat and a second lower seat are installed at the center and end of the strut.
