An electro-optical device, a scan line driving circuit, and an electronic apparatus are provided to prevent the deterioration of a display device by reducing a time in a high impedance state. A scan line driving circuit includes an address signal output circuit(30), a de-multiplexer(40), and a plurality of switches(140). The address signal output circuit provides an address signal which becomes an active level to an output line corresponding to each block in a period when the scan line of a p row which is involved in the selected block is selected a plurality of scan lines with a predetermined order. The de-multiplexer selects one of the p rows included in the selected block to connect the selected scan line to the output corresponding to the block. The plurality of the switches is mounted on the plurality of row of the scan line respectively.
