A web dispenser comprises a housing 10 having a surface on which a fixing rod 11 is disposed, and accommodates a driving mechanism 13, 14. A control portion 20 is disposed at a predetermined position in the housing. A control circuit board 23 in the control portion includes a sensor 231 and a zeroing sensor 233 for object output sensing. The output unit includes a reel 31 which engages with and is moved by the driving mechanism in the housing, and a pressing plate 33, which normally and slightly presses against the reel through an elastic member. |
