BEACON SLOT REALLOCATION METHOD FOR BEACON SCEHDULING

A beacon slot reallocation method for beacon scheduling is provided to reduce a waste of beacon slot resources, and improve the performance of a network by reducing a data transmission time. A sensor node receives beacon information of 1-hop neighbor nodes and beacon information of 2-hop neighbor nodes of the 1-hop neighbor nodes(601) and makes a beacon information list including the received beacon information and its beacon information(602). The sensor node checks whether or not its lower node wants to participate in a network(603). If a lower node of the sensor node wants to participate in the network, the sensor node allocates a beacon slot that does not collide with the lower node among beacon slots already allocated to other sensor nodes, as a beacon slot of the lower node(604).
