<p>A fluororubber molded article is provided to prevent adhesion of a fluororubber article to a metal surface to be sealed, and to enable application thereof to clean conditions and severe conditions including high temperature and high vacuum. A fluororubber molded article has a fluorinated surface, wherein the ratio of oxygen atom to fluorine atoms and the ratio of the number of C-H bonds to C-F2 bonds on the fluorinated surface are 0.11 or less and 1.0 or less, respectively. The fluororubber molded article shows a leakage of 1.0X10^-12 Pa.m^3/sec or less, three minutes after the initiation of a helium leakage test. The fluororubber molded article has an adhesion of 100 N or less to a metal at 200 deg.C.</p> |
