FIELD: textile. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry and is designed to manufacture non-woven materials for production of disposable or short-term protective garment for specific conditions, for example, for employees of Ministry of Emergency Situation services in extreme situations. Method of non-woven material production for manufacturing protective garment with biocidal properties includes fibres modification with nano-dimensional silver particles introduced in fibre as a part of water dispersion sprayed during fibres loosening before rippling. Scrim is then formed consisting of nano-modified fibres and subject to needling and further thermal processing under high temperature in calendar. ^ EFFECT: improvement of protection properties in non-woven materials and simultaneous reduction of process operations by combining nano-modification of fibres with anti-static treatment. ^ 14 cl, 4 ex |
