摘要 A melting furnace system is provided to minimize damage of the platinum crucible and maximize heating and melting effects of the platinum crucible by installing heating elements at left and right sides of a direct upper part of a platinum crucible, and increase productivity by removably installing an individual connecting terminal on each of the heating elements, thereby exchanging the heating elements during operation when the heating elements are abnormal. A melting furnace system comprises a platinum crucible(10) of which an upper part is opened, and which is mounted on inner parts of an upper refractory(2) and a lower refractory(3), wherein heating elements(4) are mounted on the upper refractory and installed right above wall surfaces of the platinum crucible, and a cooling device(11) is installed on the platinum crucible. The heating elements have contamination blocking walls(8) installed on lower parts thereof such that air inlets(9) are installed in the proximity of the contamination blocking walls. The upper refractory has an exhaust port(5) and a partition installed thereon. The platinum crucible has a diaphragm(12) installed on an upper portion thereof. The platinum crucible has a discharge pipe installed on one side thereof. The discharge pipe has a heater installed thereon.
