A method for controlling an input part, and an input device and an electronic device using the same are provided to divide a pressing input operation and a coordinate input operation, and facilitate user input by installing a configuration capable of receiving coordinate and pressure input operations in one input part. An input part(21) comprises a coordinate input device(1) having a configuration arranged on all over a lower part of an operation panel(4) and an integrated planar configuration, and pressure input device(2) formed under the coordinate input device, and a controller(3). The coordinate input device extracts a touch of a finger(10) on the surface of the operation panel and inputs coordinates. The pressure input device comprises a switch pressed through the operation panel and the coordinate input device by operation pushed on the operation panel. The operating panel is a continuous plate shape having elasticity and is made of a material partially bent together with the coordinate input device when pressure input is received.
