FIELD: mechanic engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the technique of disperse materials drying and can be used in microbiological, food and chemical and other industries. Spray dryer contains drying chamber. Spray chamber is located in the upper part of drying chamber body. Spray chamber is provided with injector and collector to supply coolant, solution supply system, spent fuel cleaning system and coolant gas distribution system equipped with two gas distributing units, top and bottom. Top unit supplies coolant to spray jet root and is designed to distribute coolant evenly along sprayed jet. Bottom gas distributing unit allows for supplying coolant into the lower part of the body, where gas-distributing grate is installed. The grate is provided with nozzles to supply secondary coolant and chute for granules discharge. Grain mill is installed in central part and is represented as eccentric rollers rotating in profiled trays with longitudinal slots. Mesh is situated under the slots and according to invention injector is in the form of acoustic injector for spraying liquids containing resonator. ^ EFFECT: improvement of drying output. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
