Method for correction of activity of ferments of anti-oxidant system of liver under conditions of poisoning with 1,2 dichlorethane through liver investigation. Rats poisoned with 1,2 dichlorethane, during 7 days are given enterosorbtives “Enterosgel” and “Silix” intragastrically in doses 200 mg/kg and 900 mg/kg, respectively, one determines activity of glutadion-reductase, superoxyddismutase and catalase in structural elements of liver (mitochondrions, microsomes) of poisoned rats, with comparison to control and at normalization of characteristics one evaluates effectiveness of correction. |
