FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the technique of disperse materials drying and can be used in microbiological, food and chemical and other industries. Drying plant for solutions, suspensions and paste-type spreads consists of drying chamber with vibro grain mill located in the central part of chamber. There is a spraying chamber provided with injector and coolant supply collector in the upper part of drying chamber. Drying plant also includes solution supply and spent coolant cleaning system. Gas distribution system is equipped with two gas-distributing units - top and bottom. Top unit supplies coolant to spray jet root and bottom gas distributing unit allows for supplying coolant into the lower part of the body, where gas-distributing lattice is installed. The lattice is provided with nozzles to supply secondary coolant and chute for granules discharge. Vibro grain mill is represented with vibratory tray with meshed bottom. Meshed bottom has perforation factor equal to 0.3...0.5 and perforated plate with perforation factor equal to 0.5...0.7 rigidly fixed to bottom with springs. Vibro drive has control unit which helps to achieve vibration within the range -100...120 dB and oscillation frequency within the range - 50...100 Hz. ^ EFFECT: improvement of drying efficiency. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg
