The macromolecule consists of a branched domain and a linear domain, and a functionalised group for bonding with a ligand, specific to the target. The ends of the branched domain are bonded with a substrate. The obtained substrate is used for obtaining a molecular layer of orderly situated macromolecules of a regular size, bonded to the substrate and with a linear domain, bonded to the ligand, specific to the target. The given layer is used as a substrate for specific bonding to the target.
