PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF TRANSLUCENT CARRYING SECTION BY THE PRODUCTION OF RECTANGULAR DOUBLE-GLAZING UNITS WITH SPECIAL PROPERTIES

A process for the production of translucent carrying section in the manufacture of rectangular double-glazing units with special properties consists in that on a special rotary jig at least two glass sheets are vertically fixed in the double-glazing unit, and an interglass space throughout a perimeter of the double-glazing unit is pressurized by a polymeric thickener. Successively an every side of the rectangular double-glazing unit by quarter turns of the special jig through degradation holes through polymeric thickener the lower butt end of the double-glazing unit is filled with a liquid composite polymer based on methyl methacrylate and methacrylic polypropylene glycol with special admixtures. The liquid polymer layer is intensively irradiated by ultraviolet light. Before filling by the liquid polymer layer the interglass space is filled with inert gas, argon.
