A method for assigning a Hangeul ability level by using characteristics of each item and a language performance database, and the method and a system for processing a boundary between the levels are provided to interlock the boundary between the levels by constructing the database with correlation between a score and real Hangeul ability, calculating a mechanism assigning the level based on the correlation, and reflecting different item characteristics to each test. A Hangeul ability test database(120) stores Hangeul ability test scores of each examinee by collecting a Hangeul ability test result. A reference group extractor(110) extracts a reference group among the examinees. A language ability database constructor(130) stores language ability achievement of the Hangeul ability test score of the examinees selected as the reference group to a language ability database(140). A recursive analysis output part(150) outputs a correlation equation by reading the score and language ability achievement from a Hangeul ability test database and the language ability database, and statistically analyzing the correlation between the score and the achievement. A Hangeul ability leveling unit(170) assigns a Hangeul ability level according to an achievement level by calculating the achievement of each user. |
