A metering valve has a body with axial channel, outlet and two inlet connection fittings, two metering valves with separation membranes. Each dozing valve is rigidly connected to pusher that is kinematically connected to locking spring and piezo-striction element. Axial channel at ends is closed with metering valves. Output connection filling is connected to axial channel. Inlet connection fillings are connected to volumes each of which is formed in axial channel between respective separation membranes and metering valves. Separate dozed inlet of two gases is provided, with minimal delay of previous sample. |
