The rail foundation is arranged on the line of intersection of the shipway horizontal and inclined parts, extending beyond the horizontal part and representing a balance member mounted to come from the horizontal into inclined position corresponding to that of the shipway inclination angle and vice versa, thanks to the rotating joint fitted in the vertical plane crossing the line of intersection of the shipway horizontal and inclined parts.
