An organic light emitting device having high light extracting efficiency is provided to improve light extracting efficiency and to enhance color reproduction by using a light guide adjusting layer. An organic light emitting device having high light extracting efficiency includes a transparent substrate(100), a light guide adjusting layer(130), a transparent electrode(150), an organic light emitting layer, and a reflection electrode(320). The light guide adjusting layer is provided on the transparent substrate and is made of a light transparent material. The transparent electrode is provided on the light guide adjusting layer. The organic light emitting layer is provided on the transparent electrode and has one or more light emitting layers(250). The reflection electrode is provided on the organic light emitting layer.
