FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: description is given of the 2,5-dioxoimidazolin-4-yl-methylcarbonyl compound with formula , where X represents a hydrogen atom or a NR4 group; Y represents NH or N-methyl; Z1 and Z2 represent an oxygen atom; R1 represents hydrogen or C1-C6alkyl; R2 and R3 represent hydrogen; R4 represent hydrogen or C1-C6alkyl; L represents -CH2C(O)- or -C(O)CH2-, or L represents C2-C6alkyl, possibly interrupted O, NH, S, SO, SO2 and C(O), or L represents C3-C6cycloalkyl, or L represents a C3-C4alkylene chain. The ends of which are linked to the neighbouring ring atoms of carbon in 5-10-member G ring system, forming a ring; G represents a saturated or unsaturated 5-10-member ring system, which can contain at least one ring heteroatom, chosen from nitrogen, oxygen and sulphur. Description is also given, of the method of obtaining them, pharmaceutical mixtures containing them, and their use in therapy.
