CELL CULTURE DISH FOR THE EMBRYOID BODY FORMATION FROM EMBRYONIC STEM CELLS

A cell culture dish is provided to increase the differentiation efficiency of embryonic stem cells due to being free from physical damage of an embryoid body and contamination by microorganism during a process of moving the embryoid body into a floating culture medium and omit a suspension culturing step by supplying enough nutrition to the embryoid body. A cell culture dish(10) for forming an embryoid body from embryonic stem cells comprises: a petridish(50) where a receiving space with a certain depth is formed; a cell culture dish cover(20) which opens and closes the petridish; and a plurality of supports(30) which are equipped at the lower portion of the cover and have a groove(40) with a certain shape at an end of the lower portion, wherein the culture dish is made of polycarbonate, polyethylene, polypropylene, or glass.
