A cooling device of an electric motor is provided to extend a lifespan of the electric motor by cooling friction heat generated in the bearing of the electric motor. A cooling device of an electric motor includes a cooling member and a guide member. The cooling member is provided on an outer peripheral surface of a lock nut(30) to generate a wind. The guide member is provided on an outer surface of a front bearing housing(10) to guide the wind generated from the lock nut. A bearing(7) is cooled by using the cooling member and the guide member. The bearing is installed in the inside of the front bearing housing. The lock nut rotating with a rotation shaft(2) is installed in the outside of the front bearing housing when the lock nut is inserted into the rotation shaft.
