A structure for installing a signal lamp is provided to prevent a vehicle having high height from being contacted with the signal lamp by pin-combining a rod end at a rod combining bracket of a support arm and rotating the support arm according to the rod length change, using a rotary cylinder. A structure for installing a signal lamp comprises a pillar(100), a main rotary supporter(200), a support arm(300), and a rotary cylinder(400). The rotary supporter has a main bracket(210) and a cylinder supporting bracket(220). The support arm has a rod combining bracket(310) formed with a pin insertion hole. The rotary cylinder is pin-rotated at the rod combining bracket of the support arm to rotate the support arm according to the rod length change and to change positions of the rotary cylinder.
