FIELD: mechanic engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the technique of disperse materials drying and can be used in microbiological, food and chemical and other industries. Dryer with rectangular cross section includes wet stock loading mechanism, support grid, fan and exhaust air cleaning system. Sound radiator with rectangular cross section is installed under support grid. Acoustic wave frequency is within optimal range from 15 to 16 kHz with sound intensity from 2 to 3 W/sec. Material is treated by sound radiator in the period from 2 to 5 minutes. Loading mechanism for wet stock consists of hopper, disk valve and charge valve. Discharge mechanism is in the form of pipe connecting to feed conveyor. Dust cleaning system comprises of acoustic cyclone and in-built acoustic plant with optimal acoustic treatment parameters for mean disperse dust which are as follows: acoustic pressure 140 dB or more, oscillation movement frequency 900 Hz, dust concentration in air flow no less than 2 g/m3, time of insonation within 1.5...2 s.
