The invention allows increasing the yeast yeild of 3% and improving the yeast quality by increasing their enzymatic activity: rising the yeast zymase activity of 25% and dough-raising capacity of 5 %. ^ EFFECT: increasing the yeast yield. ^ 2 tbl, 2 ex
