FIELD: conveyer making. ^ SUBSTANCE: conveyer consists of an infinitely closed belt in the vertical plane, forming an upper load-carrying and lower non-working branch and support elements for the belt. Flexible elements are put under the load-carrying branch with minimal clearances relative the branch during normal operation of the conveyer. There are extra flexible elements made from steel ropes under the non-working branch with minimal clearances from the branch. The elements are arranged at equal distances from each other along the conveyer. The ends of the flexible elements on the load-carrying and non-working branches are fixed to the ends of horizontal levers using clamps. The levers are fixed to the upper and lower parts of vertical posts respectively. The length of each lever, fixed to the lower part of the post, is more than the length of the lever fixed to the upper part of the post. Each crank is installed with provision for turning about a vertical axis, mounted on the frame holder of the conveyer, on which the support is fixed, excluding turning of cranks in the direction of motion of the load-carrying branch when there is accidental touching with the flexible elements. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of catching a belt due to reduction of the actuation time of the catching device. ^ 3 dwg |
