FIELD: chemistry; organic; biology. ^ SUBSTANCE: principle refers to biology, in particular biophysics, and can be used in the relative determination of activity of biologically active fields of an organism. The influence on plant seed with the consequent measurement of its growth parameters determined. In the capacity of growth parameters the germination and root growth rate is determined. The rate of root growth is measured on a distance interval of the root from 4 to 10-20 mm. The influence is realised in 10 min. and on distance 10 cm of the organism from the seed. The comparison is done as per index that is calculated on the formula: 0.5(DeltaE+0.1DeltaV), %, where DeltaE and DeltaV -percentage deviation that represent germination and growth rate of the root in comparison with the controls. ^ EFFECT: ensures the increment of perceptibility, accuracy, and repeatability of relative determination of the activity of biologically active fields of an organism. ^ 1 tbl, 8 ex |
