A device for plotting the circles includes a holder of axis, at least, one lever connected to a component for positioning the recording element. The lever is located horizontally and is connected with the holder with possibility of rotation around fixed axle, which is located vertically. The component is equipped, at least, with one opening for positioning the final part of recording element and is made with possibility of longitudinal travel over the lever. |
