A system for managing multiple personal computers in a multiple personal computer usage facility is provided to manage personal computers efficiently while guaranteeing a user's freedom in using the personal computer in the multiple personal computer usage facility which does business for plural persons. A system for managing multiple personal computers includes plural client personal computers(41) and a management server(10). Each of client personal computers includes a determining module(210), a transmitting module(220), a receiving module(230) and a recovery progress module(240). The determining module determines whether there occurs an error at the client personal computer. The transmitting module transmits the determining result. The receiving module receives data from the management server. The recovery progress module recovers the error by using the received data. The management server includes a data storage module(100), a receiving module(130), a comparison & determining module(140) and a transmitting module(150). The data storage module stores various programs and execution registries. The receiving module receives information on the error from the client personal computer. The comparison & determining module analyzes the received information on the error, and selects data needed in modifying data of the error at the client personal computer. The transmitting module transmits the data and its related execution registry.
