FIELD: mechanic engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: unit is designed for using in piston compressor of both general and specific purpose. Direct-flow valve consists of a seat with longitudinal V-shaped grooves, flat ring and Z-shaped bushing. Cutoff members (plates) and flat springs are located in seat grooves. Contacting surface of flat ring with plates and springs is curvilinear to, for example, radiuses equal to cutoff member width. Ends of flat springs are cut off. A ring is available by generator between Z-shaped bushing and valve seat and squeezing bushing is from flat part of the seat. ^ EFFECT: improvement of compressor performance and dead space is minimised. ^ 4 dwg, 23 cl |
