<p>The centering arrangement is for an electro-dynamic loud speaker component with improved sprung properties and built-in electrical conductor. The spider wires are fixed in the loud speaker membrane. The materials used vary from paper to glass fiber weave polyester, in a number of dimensions from 0.5 mm to approximately 3 mm. The sprung parts can be provided based on appropriate material choice and size. Instead of using laminate with a sheet as conductive path, a separate conductor can be integrated in the centering, applied on top or baked into the material. A fixed outer part comprises a reference for a sprung inner part, where the speech coil is fatened. A considerably quicker and more easily enacted method involves the membrane, gasket, coil and centering cone with spider wires pre-mounted and thus installed in the chassis.</p> |
