A rotary type aggregate washing and foreign material removing apparatus is provided to maximize the aggregate sorting efficiency by washing waste concrete falling into a body in a rotating body structure and then sorting out foreign materials and discharging the waste concrete. In a rotary type aggregate washing and foreign material removing apparatus, a body structure member(9) comprises: an input port(6) formed by opening one side of a body to receive waste concrete(2); an output port(7) having a bored hole disposed on the opposite side of the input port and formed smaller than the diameter of the input port; and discharge grooves formed on the symmetrical spots along a circular arc of the input port to discharge water or foreign materials(3). The body of the body structure member is installed at the predetermined inclination angle for a fixed bottom member(8). A foreign material treating unit(10) is installed adjacent to the input port of the body structure member to dehydrate the foreign material discharged through the input port and collect the dehydrated foreign material. One side of a second guide member(11) is inserted into the output port of the body structure member at the predetermined inclination. The second guide member discharges waste aggregates washed with the water by the rotation of the body structure member, out of the body structure member. A dehydrator unit(12) is combined with the rear end of the second guide member to dehydrate the washed waste aggregates discharged from the body structure member by the second guide member. A rotation power unit(17) for rotating the body structure member comprises a driving member(16) installed at one side of the fixed bottom member and rotatably joined to a chain(14) installed at an outer body of the body structure member and a reducer motor(15) combined with a shaft to interlock the driving member. |
