THE INTERACTIVE SUBMIT SYSTEM AND THE PROCESSING METHOD FOR REALTIME REQUEST IN ELECTRIC-COMMERCE ENVIRONMENT

A real-time Q/A(Question/Answer) system for an EC(Electronic Commerce) environment and a service providing method thereof are provided to enable a buyer and a seller to exchange a message without exposing a direct contact number to the buyer and the seller by replacing a sender number with a code assigned in a server while enabling the buyer and the seller to exchange the message in real-time. A web server(400) constructs a shopping mall and provides a website. A WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) server(600) enables a mobile device(101) to access the shopping mall. A billing server(700) collects a Q/A relay service of a question request table constructed in the webpage by linking with the web server and the WAP server. An MMS(Multimedia Messaging Service) server(500) transmits a question signal including question contents to a receiver inputted from a seller layer(300) in a text message and returns a reply of the seller layer to a buyer(100). A database(710) stores, searches, and manages payment and reply use information between the buyer and the seller layer. A verification application(730) checks integrity of the reply information of the seller layer in response to the question requested from the buyer. An arbitration application(720) installed at the billing sever evaluates customer satisfaction for the replies to the buyer's questions.
