FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: concrete mixture for waterproofing prepared by mixing of astringent, fillers, polymer additive in the form of water-soluble epoxide resins of diethyleneglycol or triethyleneglycol, hardener polyethylene-polyamine, plastifier and tempering water, as plastifier contains sulfonated naphthalene-formaldehyde resin or modified polyether carboxylate, and additionally porous material - moisture carrier in the amount of 5-35 kg/m3 of dry mixture, which has been preliminarily saturated with two thirds from required amount of tempering water and is introduced in prepared mixture of astringent, fillers and specified plastifier, and remaining one third of tempering water is introduced in previously mixed specified resin and hardener, then both mixtures that contain tempering water are mixed with the following content of ingredients, in % from astringent weight: diethyleneglycol or triethyleneglycol resins - 1.0-2.0, polyethylene-polyamine - 0.14-0.225, sulfonated naphthalene-formaldehyde resin - 0.8-1.2, or modified polyether carboxylate 0.2-1.0. In the other variant concrete mixture additionally contains steel fibre in the amount of 80-110 kg/m3 of dry mixture. ^ EFFECT: increase of durability, frost resistance of concretes and grouts, increase of their resistance to intense dynamic effects, reduction of shrinking deformations, increase of crack growth resistance, increase of water permeability and strength of adhesion with protected or repaired surface. ^ 2 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex |
