An apparatus for controlling output of an IH(Induction Heating) cooker is provided to implement accurate output control by varying a preset output voltage according to a cooking vessel through resistance control of an IH output terminal. An apparatus for controlling output of an IH cooker includes an output control unit(200), a resistor, a microprocessor(140), a transistor, and an input unit(310). The output control unit outputs compensation voltages of first and second inverter circuit units(150,160) which control switching on/off of a heating coil to heat a cooking vessel. The resistor is connected in parallel to an output terminal of the output control unit. The microprocessor outputs oscillation signals(S2,S3) to the first and second inverter circuit units, an on/off signal(S4) of the output control unit, and a resistance varying signal to vary the compensation voltages outputted from the output control unit. The transistor has a collector connected to one side of the resistor, a base connected to the microprocessor, and an emitter connected to ground power and is turned on or off by the resistance varying signal outputted from the microprocessor to vary the compensation voltages of the output control unit by the resistor. The input unit inputs a setting signal so that the microprocessor outputs the resistance varying signal. |
