The invention proposes a method for production of a polymeric insulator that includes making an insulating element and an electric insulating rod, uniting them with help of binder, which is deposited on the surface of the electric insulating rod along full length of it, the rod is placed in a casting form. To make insulating element, into press-mold it is delivered elastomer under pressure, then it is treated at high temperature. As elastomer it is used silicon rubber having active fillers. Covering is made from silicon rubber in the form of high-molecular siloxane rubber or liquid two-component vulcanized silicon rubber based on components A and B in the ratio of 1:1 (mas.p.), one or two tags from the side of a blind cylindrical hole for placement of a fiberglass rod is made with a volume bulge in the form of a rotary body, the covering is performed with a arched bell located symmetrically as to longitudinal symmetry axis tag body and made solid with it. Side face of volume bulge is made rounded from one or two sides of covering body in accordance to number of tags made with volume bulge, the covering is made with a bell of arch form located symmetrically as to longitudinal symmetry axis tag the covering bulge is located outside of it, at the covering ends it is made an opening having diameter (D) that exceeds an internal diameter of covering body, thickness of bell’s wall (h) is performed not less than thickness of covering body wall (h), in the general case, bell’s wall is made with variable thickness along bell length, internal surface of the bell of covering body and external surface of volume bulge of tag are made interconnected, point of connection of external surfaces and covering body are performed smooth, treatment of two-component liquid silicon rubber in casting press-mold is performed at 90-180 °С during 4-20 minute. |
