A method for inhibiting the synaptic inhibition of the smooth intestinal muscles in the experiment provides for the addition of the calcium-dependent potassium canal blockers to the incubation medium (Krebs solution). The phosphorylated form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (110М) and Galoperidol (110М) are used with this aim.
