FIELD: ultrasonic testing; fabrication of food sealed containers. ^ SUBSTANCE: food is put to the first or second part of container, and then these parts are joined together by fastening. The connective zone formed in such a way was scanned along with beam consisting of train of ultrasonic impulses. After that this train of ultrasonic impulses reflected from the said connective zone was received; the time derivative of at least one time delay and of the magnitude of said reflected train of ultrasonic impulses is determined. The comparison of at least one of the said derivatives with preset threshold level forms the signal representing the quality of joining along the said connective zone. If the indicative signal maps over the joint failure along the said connective zone the container is isolated. ^ EFFECT: increasing of the quality of the food containers integrity testing. ^ 70 cl, 28 dwg |
