FIELD: construction engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction engineering, in particular, to production of construction materials and products. The said device incorporates a frame with a hopper for sand placed thereon, a hopper for cement, a comb and a conveyer belt. The comb incorporates a drive of reciprocating motion and is arranged below the hopper for cement in the additional frame guides that allows varying the comb inclination angle and is mounted between the hopper for sand and the hopper for finished products. The comb can be made in the form of chutes with holes all along their length.
