An ultrasonic activator-mixer contains a vertical sealed container with inlet and outlet nozzles installed on shock absorbers, a magnetostrictive transducer, concentrators of ultrasonic vibrations and locking-distribution valves. The concentrator is equipped with vertically installed conical container with a cover equipped with central inlet nozzle with plug cock and a bottom with central discharge nozzle with plug cock installed on the shock absorbers. Between shock-absorbing and sealing gaskets a partition with openings is horizontally installed, to which tubular annular concentrator is centrally and rigidly fastened by lateral external surface. Inside between internal sides of concentrator a membrane is centrally and rigidly fastened, from lower side of which an exponential concentrator is rigidly and centrally by base fastened. From the upper side of the membrane an additional annular concentrator is rigidly and centrally fastened, which upper surface coincides and is rigidly fastened to the ball concentrator, which is rigidly and centrally connected with tubular concentrator over their external surface by conical shell. In the lower internal part of the ball concentrator a magnetostrictive transducer is rigidly and centrally fastened which has openings on its perimeter in the ball concentrator, which coincide with similar openings in the annular concentrator. In the upper part in the central opening centrally and rigidly by the base to the inlet nozzle a shell conical concentrator with central opening is installed. |
