A process for the assessment of the enteral insufficiency comprises the examination of the dynamics of the parameters pertaining to interleukins and prostaglandins and the dynamics of endotoxicosis markers, namely the content of the molecules of medium molecular mass. In addition, the omental blood flow rate is measured as well as the number of the functioning capillaries and the concentration of endothelein are assessed. Finally, the prophylactic measures are considered. |
