A quill spindle unit for tap-machining is provided to employ a protruded member, a motor, and a driving unit so that the shaking of tools is prevented. A spiral groove(G) is formed such that an oil is input into an inner circumference surface of a cylinder(110) having a cylindrical space(S). A packing ring(R) is disposed in the cylindrical space to close the cylindrical space in a state in which the piston is slidably disposed. An oil supplying part(160) is in contact with a first end of the spiral groove. A reciprocation motion unit/rotational motion unit(140) includes a protruded member(141), a motor(143), and a belt(V). The protruded member is fixed to a base end of a piston(120). The motor rotates a screw(142) screwed with the protruded member. The belt winds around a driven roller(152) and a driving roller(153).
