FIELD: pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to centrifugal pumps, mainly, to pumps used for oil products pumping. Pump stage impellers are installed at the working shaft (WS) on supports inside the casing. Outlet channel of pump is connected to the head cavity made in the casing downstream the work stages. Coupling connects the drive shaft with WS and consists of two semi-couplings (SC) with constant magnets and division wall. Division wall is made in the form of barrel which covers one of SCs installed at the WS end and is covered by another SC installed at the drive shaft. Shaft supports are made in the form of two radial plain bearings (PB). One plain bearing is located at the side of outlet from stages downstream the magnet coupling, another - at the WS end at the side of inlet to stages and thrust PB installed at the WS. The head cavity is connected to the inlet channel through the following equipment: working gap in the work shaft PB from the coupling side; radial gap between division wall and SC, installed at the WS; axial channel in the WS; and PB working gap at the WS end from the side of inlet to stages. Value of PB working gaps is 0.0005 to 0.005 of outer diameter of radial PB internal sleeve. The WS has radial holes with which the WS axial channel is connected to the inlet of one of impellers. ^ EFFECT: enhancing reliability of centrifugal pump operation. ^ 1 dwg |
