A device for automatic control of the process of centrifugal casting of pipes contains a centrifugal casting machine with a drive of its displacement over the rails in horizontal plane, a filling device mounted on electromechanical balance with a microprocessor unit of measurement of mass and control of the process of dosing and an unit of setting the dose of melt, a charging launder, a control unit of consumption of filling device, a speed regulator of displacement of centrifugal machine and a speed setting unit. There are in addition introduced two force-measuring units for weighing the cast pipe, a subtracting unit, three adders, units of setting the mass of pipe and comparators; moreover the outputs of force-measuring units are connected in parallel to the inputs of subtracting unit and first adder, which output through the first amplifier is connected with input of comparator, which second input is connected with output of the unit of setting the mass of pipe, and output is connected to the input of the second adder, which second input is connected with output of the unit of setting the dose of melt, the output of the second adder is connected to the microprocessor unit of balance, the output of subtracting unit is connected through the second amplifier with input of the third adder, which second input is connected with the output of setting unit of speed of displacement of centrifugal machine, and the output of the third adder is connected to the speed regulator. |
