摘要 The invention relates to mining. Method for prediction of danger of gas-dynamical effects in massif of rock includes rotary drilling of survey wells in rock massif, at that drilling of each survey well is implemented with previous sealing its mouth. Measurement of amount of gas and chip is carried out with sealing measuring channels continuously and simultaneously with well drilling at leaving drill rod in well, at that evaluation of depth of well is carried out through continuous measurement of its current depth, at profiles of amount of gas and chip depending on depth of well one determines average values and root-mean-square deflections of amount of gas and chip, and on sections of depth of well where specific amount of chip is larger than average values by value of root-mean-square deviation one makes conclusion on presence of zones with increased rock pressure at that very sections of well depth, and at sections of well depth where specific amount of gas is larger than average values by value of root-mean square deviation one makes conclusion on presence of zones of increased gas content at that very sections of depth of well. Through integration of profile of amount of gas depending on depth of well one determines average gas content of chip in place of penetration of survey well and in case where value of average gas content exceeds the value of limiting gas content determined by formula proposed and at coincidence of zones of increased rock pressure and increase gas content one makes conclusion on presence of zones dangerous by gas-dynamical effects, there one determines sorption ability of chip through termination of drilling and determination of current amount of gas liberated in time with approximation of kinetics of gas liberation with function. Device for determination of danger of gas-dynamical effects in rock massif includes gas separator arranged as vessel, this is connected to means for bringing in production of well, it is equipped with arranged as branch pipe mean for gas discharge, it is connected to measuring device for gas amount, control and calculation block. At that mean for bringing in well product is arranged as hollow body with indicator of well depth installed on it, this is equipped with installed in one end cylindrical tip with elastic chamber surrounding it at outer side and fixed at other end with outer ring of bearing, at its inner ring gas gate is fixed, this is arranged as set of elastic plates with shaped cuts, these are coaxially displaced one with respect to another with possibility of formation of channel for supply of drill rod to well. At that vessel with branch pipe for gas discharge placed in its wall is placed at outer side surface of hollow body and is equipped with labyrinth separator of gas flows and chip placed in it, there outlet for flow of chip is connected to chip collector installed in the vessel, this is connected to measuring device for amount of chip, and output for gas flow is connected to branch pipe for gas discharge. Information output of indicator of well depth is connected to the first information input of processor of control and calculation block, measuring device for amount of chip – to second information input of processor, information output of measuring device for gas amount – to third information input of processor, and output of processor is connected to indicator of dependence of amount of gas and chip on depth of well and time of and sorption activity of chip. Use of the method and the device for its implementation proposed provide increase of accuracy and reliability of determination of zones dangerous on types of gas-dynamical effects.
